OPC Marketing Consultant
SUMMARYPromotes Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, books room nights, sells attraction tickets, and provides concierge services in contracted locations.
DUTIESPresents and arranges Westgate timeshare tour promotion to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis.
Arrange and book room nights for guests that walk in to the welcome centers.
Provides concierge service for contracted locations, including giving directions, maintaining updated information on local area attractions and special events, and maintaining a courteous, professional image to guests as a team member of resort.
Arrange and book tours of the resort for possible timeshare salesAble to work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends and holidayAble to handle cash and tickets accurately and securelyProvide friendly and professional customer serviceMust be able to work various locations and schedulesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo Supervisory ResponsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITIESAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
